What a year! 2020 has presented all of us with new and unanticipated challenges, which go hand in hand with finding and creating new opportunities. Due to the novel coronavirus, The Phillips Collection is temporarily closed to the public to protect the health and welfare of our staff and visitors. Nevertheless, over the past few months, Phillips staff has pivoted to enhancing our online programming. From virtual exhibition tours to online workshops to digital Phillips after 5, we are adjusting to the new normal and shaping the Phillips of the future.

So let us celebrate the Phillips’s ongoing commitment to education, cultural diplomacy, and the exploration of modern and contemporary art around the world at our Virtual Gala experience on Friday, September 25. 

Together, we will enjoy an unforgettable evening among the museum’s masterpieces, filled with friends, entertainment, and recognition of this year's honorees and sponsors, including our 2020 Diplomatic Chair, His Excellency Ashok Mirpuri and Mrs. Gouri Mirpuri Singapore Ambassador to the United States.
